How To Enable Web Site Statistics With AWStats

AWStats is a Web site statistic tool that allows you to monitor your Web site’s performance. Your Web statistics tool is disabled by default and needs to be enabled before viewing. The Statistics section of the Hosting Control Panel provides access to your Web site statistics tools.

To enable your Web site statistics:

1.    Go to

2.    Click the Manage Account tab at the top right corner of your screen.

3.    Enter the User ID and password you created during your Web hosting purchase. If you've forgotten your log-in information, please visit:

4.    Click on My Products & Services tab.

5.    Click on the My Hosting Packages hyperlink.  If you have more than one Web Hosting package, select the package you need to update.

6.    Click on the Web Hosting Toolbox button.

7.  Scroll down to the Site Statistics section and then click on the AWStats icon

8.    Click on the Enable button to enable Web statistics for your Hosting Package – the page will automatically refresh and display the service information including username and password

9.    Click on the Launch AWStats button to open the Web statistics report in a new browser window

10.      Enter the username and password when prompted.

AWStats statistics are updated every day.

AWStats reports are included in your disk storage usage. It is important to periodically clear out your statistical reports in order to reduce your Web disk space usage.
