How To Request Your User ID or Password For Account Manager

 

Go to www.networksolutions.com and click on MANAGE ACCOUNT. 

Click the link I've forgotten my User ID or password that can be found just below the Password field.

On the Forgot Your Login page there are two options:

 

Reset Your Password 

  1.  Type your User ID in the Enter your User ID text box then click Reset Password
  2.  Select the radio button next to the option you want: 
    • Email a link to reset my password to me at…, enter the code presented below into the entry box provided and click Continue.  An email with a link to reset your password has been sent to the email address on record. When you receive the email, click on the link to reset your password.  The email will remain active for the next 48 hours.
    • Email address is NOT correct. I would like to update my email address via fax process.  To ensure your security, we ask that you enter the code presented below into the entry box provided, click Continue.  Enter your New Email Address and Contact Phone number and click Go.  Follow Instructions on the FAX FORM and include all necessary forms for the request to be processed and fax to the number on the form.  Please allow 24 business hours for processing.   
    • Answer my password security question [type the answer in the text box], enter the code presented below into the entry box provided and click Continue.  Enter a new password for your account (8 to 16 characters).  Please include at least one upper case, one lower case and one numeric character in your password.  Click Submit.

 Retrieve Your User ID

  1. Type your email address in the Enter your email address text box (User ID sent to email address on record) or type your domain name in the Enter a domain name text box then click Retrieve User ID. 

    If you chose Enter a domain name option proceed to step 2.

  2. Select the radio button next to the option you want

    • Send my User ID to the email address of record.  An email will be sent to the address on file with the User ID.

    • Email address is NOT correct. I would like to update my email address via fax process.  To ensure your security, we ask that you enter the code presented below into the entry box provided, click Continue.  Enter your New E-mail Address and Contact Phone number and click Go.  Follow Instructions on the FAX FORM and include all necessary forms for the request to be processed.  Please allow 24 business hours for processing.
