How to reset your MX record back to Network SolutionsHow to reset your MX record back to Network Solutions
If the DNS of your domain name is not currently set to point to Network Solutions® MX records, your nsMailTM / nsMailTM Pro mailboxes will not function properly. In order to resolve this, the MX record will need to be reset back to Network Solutions® MX records.
1. Within Account Manager, select My Domain Names
2. Select the domain name you want to change and select Manage
3. In the green box, select Change Where Domain Points
4. Select Advanced DNS
5. At the top of the page, you will see a section titled Reset Network Solutions® Services. Make sure that the radio button next to Email is selected and click on the Reset button on the bottom right corner of that section.
