How to Setup Your Email Alias(es)

To set up an email alias:

  1. Log Into Account Manager.
  2. 1. On the "My Products & Services" tab, click on "My Email".
  3. 2. Click on the emailbox that you want to manage.
  4. 3. In the "Manage Aliases" section, type the name of the alias(es) you want to create in the text box(es) (e.g., info, webmaster, customerservice, etc.) then click on the Save button
  5. 4. Your e-mail alias(es) has now been set up.

Note: If you have just set up your mailbox:

  • For newly set up e-mailboxes, it may take up to 15 minutes before you can set up an alias.
  • For newly registered domain names, it will take approximately 12-36 hours for the domain name information to propagate to servers world-wide and your new E-mailbox settings to activate.
  • For domain names that have been registered for 36 hours or more, it may take up to 15 minutes for your new changes to take effect.
