How to Setup Your Email Filter(s)

In order to properly setup your email filter(s), you will need to first determine which webmail version you are using. To determine this, see Which Webmail Version Do I Have?.

If you are using the updated platform, first log into your webmail, then:

  • Click the  icon found in the upper left toolbar.
  • Maximize the "E-Mailbox Settings" category.
  • Click on "Custom Filters"
  • Click "New Filter"
  • Enter the appropriate information for the filter.
  • Click "Save"
  • The new filter should now appear under "Custom Filters"

If you are using the standard platform, first log into your webmail, then:

  • Click the "Configuration" button in the left navigation column
  • An "Options" screen should appear. Find and click "Custom Filters"
  • Click "New"
  • Enter the appropriate information for the filter.
  • Click "Save"
  • The new filter should now appear.
