If you can't remember your Account Manager login information, please visit https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/forget-login.jsp. 

After logging in to Account Manager:

1. Click My Hosting Packages. 
Note: If you have multiple hosting packages, click the appropriate package

2. Click on the Web Hosting Toolbox button.
3. Under the FTP & Content Publishing section click on the FTP File Publisher icon
4. Click Continue to enter FTP File Publisher.
