How do I Purchase Additional Mailboxes, Storage and Mobile Email for my Hosted Exchange?

  1. To login to Account Manager by going  to www.networksolutions.com and click the Manage Account button in the upper right corner of the screen.  On the Account Manager login page, enter your User ID and password. 
  2. Select your Hosted Exchange package from the drop down in the "My Email" section and click "go".
  3. On the Hosted Exchange Overview page, select the additional service or services you want and click "Purchase Additional"

How do I Access my Hosted Exchange Webmail?

 To access webmail for your Hosted Exchange Account, click the link below:

https://email.hostaccount.com

Enter your email address and password.

How do I access the Hosted Exchange Control Panel?

  1. To login to Account Manager by going  to www.networksolutions.com and click the Manage Account button in the upper right corner of the screen.  On the Account Manager login page, enter your User ID and password. 
  2. Select your Hosted Exchange package from the drop down in the "My Email" section and click "go".
  3. Click on the "Control Panel" Button.

How do I enable ActiveSync for my Hosted Exchange Email?

  1. To login to Account Manager by going  to www.networksolutions.com and click the Manage Account button in the upper right corner of the screen.  On the Account Manager login page, enter your User ID and password. 
  2. Select your Hosted Exchange package from the drop down in the "My Email" section and click "go".
  3. Click on the "Control Panel" Button.
  4. In the control panel, click on the "Mailboxes" link.
  5. Click on the Display name of the email box
  6. Click the "edit" button at the bottom of the screen to change you Mailbox Access settings
  7. Check the box next to ActiveSynce in the Mailbox Access section and click the "Submit" buttom
