You can directly login to the control panel if you have created a user with admin rights in your store.  This user will be different from your account manager login.  To learn more about creating new users, click here.

To create a new user:

• Go to Home > Operations > Users.
• Create a new user with admin rights.  This user does not need to be a Super Admin user.

You can now login directly to the E-Commerce Admin Panel by going to http://yourdomain.com/admin and logging in with your newly created user name and password.  For Example, if your domain name is http://fluffypillowexpress.com you would enter the url http://fluffypillowexpress.com/admin.

Controlling the Inactive Timeout

You have the ability to change the  Inactive Timeout setting by selecting a differnent timeout length from the dropdown.

NOTE: Super Admin users and users with access to credit card information may have an inactive timeout duration longer than 15 minutes.
