Legal Opinion Letter for Extended Validation SSL Certificates

To help verify facts regarding an EV SSL Certificate Order, can my attorney (or Latin Notary) provide a Legal Opinion Letter confirming specified information about my company?

It is acceptable for professional attorney (or Latin Notary) to provide letters that indicates the assumed name under which Applicant conducts business, the government agency with which the assumed name is registered, and that such filing continues to be valid.

The letters would be provided in accordance with the professional standards in the jurisdiction in which the lawyer practices.

Below is an example of the letter that might be prepared.
