What if I receive an error message?

Error messages typically mean that your business was not successfully submitted to the local directories and search engines.  If you receive an error message, please double check your information and ensure all of the information you entered is correct.  If you continue to receive an error message, contact customer support at 1-800-333-7680.

How does LSV work?

With the Local Search Visibility (LSV) service, your business information is distributed to our network of local search partners, including online directories, also known as the Internet yellow pages (e.g., Yahoo!® Local, Superpages.com®, YellowPages.comTM, etc.), search engines (Google® and BingTM), industry specific sites (e.g., Edmunds.com), city guides (e.g., SanDiego.com) and many other sites geared toward local search.

Can I edit my information even though I have already submitted my business?

Yes.  You can edit your business information as often as you like.

Do you only submit my business information once?

No. We submit it on the initial completion of the form and then resubmit every 30 days.
