Manage Your Mailbox(es)
If you have active email service with Network Solutions®, you can set up or add additional mailboxes from with in Account Manager. For more details; see Mailbox Setup / Configuration.
Set Up a Mailboxes
- Click the nsMail left menu tab.
- Scroll down to the "Email Services" box.
- Click Create Mailbox on the same line as the appropriate email service.
- If you have more than one domain, select which one you would like to create the mailbox on.
- Enter the new mailbox name and password.
- Click Save and Continue.
Create a Mailbox (Same Process as Above)
- Click the nsMail left menu tab.
- Scroll down to the "Email Services" box.
- Click Create Mailbox on the same line as the appropriate email service.
- If you have more than one domain, select which one you would like to create the mailbox on.
- Enter the new mailbox name and password.
- Click Save and Continue.
Delete/Unassign a Mailbox
- Click the nsMail left menu tab.
- Scroll down to the "Email Services" box.
- Determine which Email Service you would like to delete the mailbox from.
- Click Manage on the same line as the appropriate email service.
- Check the box(es) next to the mailbox(es) you would like to delete.
- Click Unassign.
Manage Mailbox Aliases
- Click the nsMail left menu tab.
- Scroll down to the "Email Services" box.
- Click Manage on the same line as the appropriate email service.
- Click on the mailbox to view its details page.
- In the Manage Aliases section, enter as many as three unique aliases for the mailbox.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: You cannot create an alias that is the same as another e-mail address for the same domain name.
Print a List of Mailboxes
- Click the nsMail left menu tab.
- Scroll down to the "Email Services" box.
- Click Manage on the same line as the appropriate email service.
- Click Print List at the bottom of the page.
