Manage Your Mailbox(es)

If you have active email service with Network Solutions®, you can set up or add additional mailboxes from with in Account Manager. For more details; see Mailbox Setup / Configuration.

 

Set Up a Mailboxes

  1. Click the nsMail left menu tab.
  2. Scroll down to the "Email Services" box.  
  3. Click Create Mailbox on the same line as the appropriate email service. 
  4. If you have more than one domain, select which one you would like to create the mailbox on.
  5. Enter the new mailbox name and password.
  6. Click Save and Continue.

 

Create a Mailbox (Same Process as Above)

  1. Click the nsMail left menu tab.
  2. Scroll down to the "Email Services" box.  
  3. Click Create Mailbox on the same line as the appropriate email service. 
  4. If you have more than one domain, select which one you would like to create the mailbox on.
  5. Enter the new mailbox name and password.
  6. Click Save and Continue.

 

Delete/Unassign a Mailbox

  1. Click the nsMail left menu tab.
  2. Scroll down to the "Email Services" box.
  3. Determine which Email Service you would like to delete the mailbox from. 
  4. Click Manage on the same line as the appropriate email service. 
  5. Check the box(es) next to the mailbox(es) you would like to delete. 
  6. Click Unassign

 

Manage Mailbox Aliases

  1. Click the nsMail left menu tab.
  2. Scroll down to the "Email Services" box. 
  3. Click Manage on the same line as the appropriate email service.   
  4. Click on the mailbox to view its details page.
  5. In the Manage Aliases section, enter as many as three unique aliases for the mailbox.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Note:  You cannot create an alias that is the same as another e-mail address for the same domain name.

 

Print a List of Mailboxes

  1. Click the nsMail left menu tab.
  2. Scroll down to the "Email Services" box. 
  3. Click Manage on the same line as the appropriate email service.   
  4. Click Print List at the bottom of the page.
