Yes, you may still apply for an nsProtect™ Secure SSL Certificate if you are not an incorporated company. You may need to provide Network Solutions® different documentation during your validation process than an incorporated organization.  The validation process for Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificates is more rigorous than for Basic, Advanced, or Wildcard SSL Certificates so if your company cannot be validated for an EV SSL Certificate, you may still be qualified for another SSL type.
