Mailbox Setup / Configuration
Obtain DNS information to activate your nsMail and nsMail ProWhen email boxes have been purchased independently (instead of with Network Solutions® hosting or domain names), a domain name must be assigned to the new mailboxes. This can be done by obtaining MX or Cname records from your Network Solutions® Mailbox Manager and editing the information with your current domain name registrar DNS Manager.
Follow these steps to obtain this information and activate your nsMail™ or nsMail™ Pro mailbox(es)
Step 1
Log in to your Account Manager
- Go to http://www.networksolutions.com
- Click on the "Manage Account" button in the top right corner of the page.
- Type in your User Name and Password and click "login"

Select My Email
Step 3
Scroll down the page to your list of Current Email Boxes and click a mailbox name. This will bring you to the Emailbox Details page
Step 4
Scroll down this page and look for the DNS Records section. These are the three records you will need to make your nsMail™ / nsMail™ Pro email box functional. Please provide these records to your current DNS host.
