Required Information

Our Open Source Application Updates service, provided by our MyTime Support™ Team, provides version updates to third party open source applications, such as WordPress® or Joomla!® content management systems that are installed in your Network Solutions hosting package.

In order to complete the service, we must receive information on the following:

• The domain name that is to receive the updates
• A detailed list of the updates that need to be made
• The URL used to access the Admin panel of the application
• Username and Password used to login to the administrative panel of the application
   

Service Details

Please note the following regarding this service:

• We cannot update or troubleshoot DotNetNuke, ColdFusion, FrontPage, ASP, or ASP.net based websites.
