Outlook 2010 Email Client Setup
*Please Note*
Many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have recently begun blocking port 25. If port 25 does not work for you, try using server port 2525 as an outgoing server.

This video tutorial will take you through the step by step process of setting up your Network Solutions email with outlook 2010
1. With outlook open Click the tab labeled “File” on the top left hand side.
2. Select “Info” on the left hand navigation
3. Click “Add Account”
4. Enter the following information:

- Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the "From" field of your outgoing messages.
- Email Address: Enter your full mail address (e.g., john@example.com).
- Password: Enter your password.
5. Click the “Manually configure” checkbox and click next.
6. Select internet email and click next
7. For your server information enter:

- For your Incoming mail server (POP3): type "mail" followed by your domain name (e.g. mail.example.com)
- For your Outgoing mail server (SMTP): type "smtp." followed by your domain name (e.g. smtp.example.com)
8. Click on the more settings button
9. Click on the Outgoing Server tab and click on the My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication check box
10. Click on the advanced tab and Change your outgoing server setting to 2525 or 587 if you are with Verizon you should change your port to 587
11. Click on ok to close the panel
12. Click Next after making sure the information is correct.
13. Click finish to end setting up your email
