Overview of nsProtect™ Safe Performance Reports

There are 5 standard performance reports and 5 customizable performance reports provided with nsProtect™ Safe. 

 

Standard performance reports include:

Instant Status:
The Instant Status report offers a snapshot of the most recent check on uptime and download time. The graph tells you the last download time from each server location as well as the most recent site status reported by our servers. 

Uptime Comparison:
The Uptime Comparison report compares your site uptime to the Business 50 uptime average. The purpose of this report is to give you easy access to benchmark information so that you can compare your site uptime to the top businesses on the Web. This report will give you uptime percent average for the current day, the current week, and the current month compared with the Business 50 averages.
 
Load Time Comparison:
The Load Time Comparison report compares your site download time to the Business 50 download time average. This report shows you both your site average for the current day as well as your site average for the current week from all server locations compared with the Business 50 averages.

Alert Log:
This report offers you a detailed log of the site downtime notifications. This report will list the current month's log as well as the previous month's log.

Business 50:
The Business 50 report offers you uptime and download time information on the top 50 business sites on the Web. This report will rank these sites, showing both improvement and degradation information. Your site will also be ranked in comparison with the Business 50. This report is designed to give you comparison information so you can monitor how your site performs against the top business sites on the Web today.

 

Customizable performance reports include:

Uptime Percent:
This report details your website's uptime. You choose the monitoring location and date range and this report will be generated for you.

Uptime By Hour:
This report measures the percentage of time your website was reported to be in one of three states. The possible states your site could experience are: Up, Warning, or Critical. You choose the monitoring location and date range and the report will be generated for you.

Critical Status:
The Critical Status report provides detailed graphs to tell you:

  • The errors your site has experienced.
  • What percentage of the downtime each error type represents as part of the total errors.

Load Time:
This report details your website's download time. You choose the monitoring location and date range and the report will be generated for you. The chart at the bottom of the graph titled, "24 Hour Breakdown" tells you the load time average for each hour of the day over the date range you specify.

Compare Locations:
Choose from three different reports and compare your website performance across all server locations. The three types of reports are: Uptime Percent, Critical Status Percent, and Average Load Time. The Uptime Percent report will give you server data comparison on your site performance over the date range you specify. The Critical Status Percent report will give you server data comparison on the errors your site experienced over the date range you specify. The Average Load Time report will give you server data comparison on your average load time over the date range you specify.
