Page Updates Service Overview

Required Information

Our Page Updates service, provided by our MyTime Support™ Team, consists of adding, editing or updating content and/or images on your website. The service is limited to 3 edits/revisions for 30 minutes. Additional changes/revisions can be quoted.

In order to complete the service, we must receive information on the following:

  • Whether or not the website uses a content management system.
    • If so, which one (e.g. Joomla, Wordpress, etc.).
    • Your login ID and password to access the content management system (not necessary if you are using Network Solutions' Website Builder Tool or ImageCafé.)
  • Clear descriptions of each required change separately, including:
    • Page on which change is to be made.
    • Content being replaced - or clear direction where new content should be added.
    • Exact name of files to be uploaded or used.
    • Ordering for pages, if new pages are being added.

This information is important to ensure that the changes we make meet your expectations.

 

Service Details

Please note the following regarding this service:

  • If you need to provide us with a file, you may provide it to us in several ways:
    • You may email it to us MyTimeSupport@NetworkSolutions.com if the file is smaller than 25MB.
    • You may upload it using the free Network Solutions SpaceManager (click here for instructions).
    • You may mail a disk to us.  Please contact us first before sending package for special instructions.
  • We cannot update or troubleshoot DotNetNuke, ColdFusion, FrontPage, ASP, or ASP.net based websites.
