Performance Errors Identified by nsProtect™ Safe- Down for unknown cause: Our server cannot determine why your website is down.

- Incomplete DNS entry: Every time you use a domain name, a DNS service must translate the name into the corresponding IP address. In this case, the DNS service translated the domain name into a bad IP address.
- On unreachable network: A router connecting to your network is down, or experiencing errors.
- Unreachable at this time: This service could not connect with your server because either your server is down, or the Web server software on your server is not functioning properly.

- Closed client's connection: Your server prematurely terminated the network connection.

- Server side error: There are many different causes for this error, most of them highly technical. The general cause is your server could not finish processing the request for your web page.
