When creating custom shipping methods in the Pro Cart, you can control your shipping destinations by creating regions.  A shipping region is a collection of cities, states, provinces, territories, or countries that you can ship your products to via a custom shipping method.

There are four default regions:

• United States
• Canada
• US and Canada
• Global

If you would like to ship elsewhere or restrict your shipping, you can edit any of the regions by selecting it from the Region drop-down in the Add A New Rule section (Create or Edit a Custom Shipping Method to be taken to the Custom Shipping Options page).  You can also create your own region set by selecting the Create New Region Set option at the bottom.

To create a new region:

• Select Create New Region Set from the drop-down.
• Enter a name for the Region set and expand the list of regions and countries with the [+].
• After they have been expanded, you can select any countries for the new set by placing a check in the checkbox.
• Once complete, click Save.
