2. Click the Account Manager tab at the top right corner of your screen.
3. Enter the User ID and password you created during your Web hosting purchase. If you've forgotten your log-in information, please visit: https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/forget-login.jsp.
4. Click on Web Hosting on the left menu.
5. If you have more than one Web Hosting package, click on a package name to view details
6. On the details page, click on Edit package name next, enter the new name, and click Continue.

How can I renew my Web Hosting package?

You can renew any of your Network Solutions products from account manager. Network Solutions also offers a free auto renewal service so you never have to worry about losing important files or domains again! To take advantage of this service, you can turn on auto renewal through Account Manager.

To renew your package:

1. In Account Manager, click on Renewal Center on the left menu.
2. All of your Network Solutions services are listed. Select the radio button for the service you wish to renew and click the Quick Renew link.
3. This will take you to the View Order page. Select the term you want to renew for and click Proceed to Purchase.
4. Continue through the purchase flow by entering your payment information and clicking on Submit Order button.
5. Please print your Order Complete page and keep for your records.

Please note: If you purchased an annual Web Hosting package and wish to continue using the FREE domain, please add this domain to your cart when you renew the Hosting package. The domain will be renewed free of charge for an additional year

To turn on Auto Renew:

1. In Account Manager click on Web Hosting on the left menu and then Manage Hosting.
2. If you have more than one Web Hosting package, click on a package name to view details.
3. On the details page, click on Turn on Auto Renew.

How can I upgrade my Web Hosting package?

It's easy to upgrade your hosting package, just follow these simple instructions :

1. In Account Manager click on Web Hosting.
2. If you have more than one Web Hosting package, click on a package name to view details.
3. Click Upgrade Package and follow the step through the purchase flow to upgrade to a larger hosting package.

Please note: Your Web Hosting package will be prorated according to the remaining term of your current hosting package. Your expiration date will remain the same.

How much storage space comes with my Network Solutions Web Hosting package?

Storage space is the amount of content you can put on your Web site. Available space is usually listed in megabytes (MB, millions of bytes). A single letter takes up one byte.

The amount of content you can publish to your Web site is limited by the amount of disk space included in the hosting package you’ve chosen.

Standard = 7 GB
Advanced = 15 GB
E-commerce= 30 GB

When I see numbers listed under the amount of monthly data transfer, what does this mean?

Data Transfer is also known as Web Traffic or Bandwidth. When visitors access a Web page, data is sent from our Web servers to your visitor's computer in the form of HTML files, graphics, audio clips, etc. The transfer of these files generates traffic. Your total transfer is the sum of all in-and-out-bound traffic. The more visitors you have, the higher your data transfer will be.
