Managing Blacklist/Whitelist in Webmail
Once you are logged into your email box, click "Configuration" along the left-hand side of the page:

Once you click "Configuration", select "Safe/Block List Administration":

You will then be taken to a page where you can add domain names/email addresses to your whitelist or blacklist.

***NOTE: Modifying these options within Webmail will only apply to that particular mailbox for which you are modifying. If you would like to whitelist/blacklist across your entire domain, please contact Customer Support. ***
Setting to Report Spam in Webmail
When you open a message in your Webmail, you will see an option to Mark As Spam.

Any message marked as Spam will instantly be moved to the Trash folder and will add the sender to a blacklist.
***NOTE: Any message marked as Spam from within the Trash folder, will be permanently deleted.***
Configuring Spam Options
To manage your Blacklist/Whitelist from within your Webmail, follow the steps below:
- Click on Configuration
- Select Email Box Settings
- Click on Junk Mail

From here, you will be able to add or remove email addresses or domain names to these lists.
- If an address is on the blacklist, then all messages from that address will go into the trash.
- If an address is on the whitelist, then all messages from that address will go into the inbox.
- If an address is on both the blacklist and the whitelist, the whitelist will take precedence and all of the messages will be sent to the inbox.
