If you have purchased an ongoing MyTime Support service, you will need to request support each month through your online Account Manager.

To request support, follow these steps:

• Log in to your Account Manager at NetworkSolutions.com
• Go to the My Products & Services tab.
• Locate the MyTime Support Services section of the screen.
• Click Manage MyTime Support services as shown below.

• At the top of the page, you will see a link that says Click here to request MyTime Support service as shown below.

• You will then be directed to a form. Fill out this form and click submit.
