If you have not set up your CIRA account, you may retrieve your CIRA ID and temporary password from Account Manager by following the instructions below:

1. Log in to Account Manager at: https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/index.jsp. If you've forgotten your login information, please visit: https://www.networksolutions.com/manage-it/forget-login.jsp.
2. Select your .CA domain name in the "My Domain Names" section
3. Your CIRA user ID and temporary password will appear above the "Domain Details" section.

Once you have set up your CIRA account, the link within Account Manager to access the CIRA Web site and to view your CIRA user ID and temporary password no longer displays.

If you have already set up your CIRA account follow the instructions below to request your CIRA user ID and password:

1. Go to https://registrants.cira.ca/user
2. Click on "Forgot your Registrant User Account or password?" towards the bottom of the page.
3. Enter your .ca domain name and click "submit."
4. Your CIRA user ID and password will be emailed to the email address on file with CIRA for the administrative contact of your .ca domain name.
