Some details in my nsProtectTM Assured Site Seal have changed since my last order, how do I get these updated?
In order to update any information in your SSL Certificate or Site Seal (including change of address, point of contact, etc.), you must request to have the Certificate or Seal reissued. It is free to reissue an unexpired SSL Certificate or Site Seal.
To reissue:
Step 1: Log in to Account Manager or Click Manage Account at the top right of the screen. Then, click on the My Products and Services tab.
Step 2: Check the next to the relevant SSL Certificate or Site Seal and click Renew at the bottom of the menu.
Step 3: Check the next to the relevant SSL Certificate or Site Seal and click Renew at the bottom of the menu.
