SSL Certificates

Network Solutions® offers nsProtectTM Secure SSL services to protect you and your customers by providing safe, secure online transactions. Account Manager allows you to manage the validation and installation process for each of your nsProtectTM Secure SSL Certificates and nsProtectTM

Assured Site Seals.

To assign a domain to an SSL Certificate:

  1. Click "My SSL Certificates".
  2. Click Manage SSL Certificates.
  3. Follow the prompts in the Updates and Alerts section, or click an SSL Certificate name with Provide Domain as a status.
  4. On the SSL Certificates page, enter the required domain information in the text boxes.
  5. Click Continue.

To provide a CSR for your SSL Certificate:

You will get a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) from your hosting provider and then log in to Account Manager to paste the CSR code as follows:

  1. Click the "My SSL Certificates".
  2. Click Manage SSL Certificates.
  3. Follow the prompts in the Updates and Alerts section, or click an SSL Certificate name with Provide CSR as a status.
  4. On the SSL Certificates click the Provide CSR link.
  5. Select the server software from the drop down list.
  6. Paste the CSR code into the large empty box.
  7. Click Go.
