Required Information

Our Text or Image Links service, provided by our MyTime Support™ Team, consists of editing, creating, or deleting up to 15 text or image links on your existing Image Café® or Website Builder site.

In order to complete the service, we must receive information on the following:

• The domain name for the site being edited.
• If the site is not hosted with Network Solutions, complete FTP information from your current hosting provider. This includes host name, user ID, and password.
• A clear listing of the URLs being replaced and the new URLs.
• If you have been experiencing problems with these links previously, a detailed explanation.

Please note the following regarding this service:

• We cannot update or troubleshoot DotNetNuke, ColdFusion, FrontPage, ASP, or ASP.net based websites.
