If you have great sales one week, you could look over the Completed Recommendations to learn what you implemented in a specific Ad Campaign that potentially helped lift sales.  Then apply that same knowledge to your other Ads and Campaigns.  To do this, click the "Recommendations" tab and then click the "Completed" gray tab.
