Understanding Warning and Error MessagesSome customers may notice warning messages when they login to the Project Center for their Local Search Visibility service.
Warning Message in LSV Project Center

Warning messages typically indicate that even though the submission has been processed successfully, we have encountered an issue with some of the information in the business listing. Examples of these issues include disconnected phone numbers, non-deliverable addresses, phone numbers that do not match business addresses, etc. Below is a sample warning message:
Your business listing has been distributed to our network of search partners. However, there was an issue with some of the information in your business profile. See the details below. We recommend that you correct your information and resubmit your listing.
The description of the issue that triggered the warning will appear on this page. It is recommended that you make an effort to correct the issue and resubmit your listing.
Error messages appear in the Project Center when the submission of a business listing does not succeed. You should contact our Customer Service at the number provided on this page to resolve any issues with your submission. Below is an example of an error message:
We have encountered a problem with publishing your listing to our network of local search partners. One possible reason for this problem may be that your listing has been claimed by another entity or you may have claimed your listing through another service. For assistance with dispute resolution over the listing ownership, please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-931-3266.
