The Updates & Alerts page is at the bottom of the first screen you see when you log in to Account Manager. You can jump to it anytime by clicking the Updates & Alerts link.

On the Updates & Alerts page, you are notified to take any necessary actions required on your account or services. Please follow the prompts to complete these tasks in a timely manner. Click the Go button to the right of the service to view more details regarding the service.

Note: Alert notices will also display at the top of any page needing attention.
