Updating Hyperlinks, Images, and Text Service OverviewRequired Information
Our Updating Hyperlinks, Images, and Text service, provided by our MyTime Support™ Team, consists of making minor updates to hyperlinks, images, or text on your website.
In order to complete the service, we must receive information on the following:
- The website or hosting package to which these changes will be applied
- The domain name for the site being edited
- If the site is not hosted with Network Solutions, omplete FTP information from your current hosting provider. This includes: host name, user ID, and password
- If updating hyperlinks, a clear listing of the URLs being replaced and the new URLs
- If updating images, clear indication of which images are being replaced and the names of the replacement images
- If updating text, clear indication of which text is being replaced and the content for the replacement text
- If you have been experiencing problems with these links, images, or text, a detailed explanation
Service Details
Please note the following regarding this service:
- If you need to provide us with a file containing updated content, you may provide it to us in several ways:
- You may email it to us MyTimeSupport@NetworkSolutions.com if the file is smaller than 25MB. Please reference PID in your email.
- You may upload it using the free Network Solutions SpaceManager (click here for instructions).
- You may mail a disk to us. Please contact us first before sending package for special instructions.
- We cannot update or troubleshoot DotNetNuke, ColdFusion, FrontPage, ASP, or ASP.net based websites.
