Updating the Account Holder (Registrant) Name

The Account Holder is also referred to as the Registrant of an Account. Only the Account Holder or Primary Contact can edit the Account Holder name on the account.

To update an account holder name:

1.     Log in to Account Manager

2.     Click the Account Settings tab

3.     Click the Accounts and Contactsbutton

4.     If you have access to multiple accounts, click on the hyperlinked account number for the account you would like to edit

5.     Click the Edit User Profile button in the Account Information section

6.     Click the Edit button in the Edit Account Information section

7.     Next to Name or Company Name, click on the Change My Name link

8.     Enter the new Account Holder name in the text box, and then click on the Save button

9.     Review the changes, click on the link to read the Service Agreement and when finished select the check box then click on the Go button

10.   On the Changes Confirmed page, click on the Go button

11.   If necessary, type any additional updates to your profile in the text boxes then click on the Save button to complete the process

Your Account Holder (Registrant) name has been updated – you will receive a confirmation email message.

Please note

Only the Account Holder or Primary Contact of record on the account can update the Account Holder (Registrant) name.
