Microsoft provides extensive training for Windows SharePoint Services. You can find it here:

Click on the "Download now" button underneath the "Install on your desktop" line.On the next screen, you will need to download the two following files:

• OfficeSharePointServerTrainingStandalone_InstallGuide.docx
• SharePointTrainingStandalone.msi

The first is the installation guide, which you should read, and the second is the training program that you should install. Once you have installed the training guide, a Microsoft Office SharePoint Training icon will appear on your desktop. You should double click on it, and the training program will start.

You will be walked through things like creating a blog, a wiki, managing lists, integrating with Office applications, etc. This training guide should help you get the most out of SharePoint.
