Webmail Not Loading

There are a few reasons why your Webmail would have trouble loading:

1. Too many messages. If there are more than 5000 messages in any given folder you will see latency when logging into your Webmail and navigating between folders once you are logged in. This issue is most commonly experienced by users on our older Webmail platform, EdgeDesk.

2. Cache needs to be cleard. It's recommended that you clear your cache on a regular basis to the best functionality. For instructions on how to clear your cache, click here.

3. DNS Issues. If you have just recently changed your DNS, please allow 1-2 hours for the changes to propagate throughout the Internet. If your webmail login page won't resolve, please check the CNAME record to make sure it's pointing to the correct place.
