What if nsProtect™ Safe detects a vulnerability that I have already fixed?
Occasionally, nsProtect™ Safe may detect a vulnerability on your website that you have fixed in a manner that is undetectable by our systems - these vulnerabilities are referred to as, "false positives". If nsProtect Safe reports a vulnerability on your site that you believe is a "false positive", you can file a "false positive" claim with Network Solutions explaining how you repaired the vulnerability. Network Solutions® will review your claim and determine whether you have properly fixed the vulnerability and if so, the vulnerability will be removed from your report.
