Which directory should I use to upload files in for File Manager and FTP File Publisher?

The main directory where you upload and store files and folders (directories) is called htdocs.  (On Windows 2008 servers the root folder will be labled "www" and not "htdocs".  If you purchased a Windows hosting package after 9/6/2012 you are on a Windows 2008 server.)
