Why am I receiving duplicate messages through POP?
Receiving duplicate email messages in POP software is most often the result of using a combination of the following two options:
- Email forwarding is set up on your Network Solutions mailbox.
- Your mail is forwarding to another email address that you pull into your POP software.
These two things in combination result in you receiving both the forwarded email messages and email messages pulled in directly from your Network Solutions® emailbox. If the above applies, you can resolve the duplicate email message issue by canceling your email forwarding.
