Why can't I edit pages or text blocks in the Website Manager?

If you encounter problems with editing pages or text blocks in the Web Site Manager, it is most often a result of third party applications added to your browser (e.g., Yahoo!® Companion, Hot Bar, etc.).

To check if third party applications have been added:

1. Open your Web browser

2. Click on View and select Toolbars on the Internet browser navigation bar

3. Look for any add on programs under Links and uncheck them by clicking on each program then try to edit again in Web Site Manager

These instructions are for Windows Internet Explorer 5.X and higher. If you have a different version or type of browser, the steps you need to take may differ slightly.
