Why can't I log into the Website Manager?
Difficulty logging in to the Web Site Manager is most often a result of temporary cookies being disabled in your browser.
To enable temporary cookies for Microsoft® or Netscape®:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5
- Open your Web browser
- Click on Tools and select Internet Options on the Internet browser navigation bar
- Click on the Security tab
- Click on the Custom Level… button
- Under Cookies, select the options to Allow cookies that are stored on your computer and Allow per-session cookies (not stored on your computer)
- Scroll down the settings to the section Microsoft VM and select the radio button next to Medium Safety then click on the Ok button
- Click on the Ok button to close Internet Options
- Click on the Yes button if a dialogue box opens requesting confirmation on the change to security settings
- Close the browser and then open it and try to Log in
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
- Open your Web browser
- Click on Tools and select Internet Options on the Internet browser navigation bar
- Click on the Privacy tab
- Click on the Edit button to override cookie handling
- In the Address of Web site text box, type networksolutions.com and ezsitedesigner.com then click on the Ok button
- Click on the Security tab
- Click on the Custom Level… button at the bottom
- Scroll down the settings to the section Microsoft VM and select the radio button next to Medium Safety then click on the Ok button
- Click on the Ok button to close Internet Options
- Click on the Yes button if a dialogue box opens requesting confirmation on the change to security settings
- Close the browser and then open it and try to Log in
Netscape 7.1
- Open your Web browser
- From the Edit menu, choose Preferences
- Double click on Privacy & Security
- Click on Cookies
- Click Enable all cookies
- Click the Ok button to close the Preferences window
Close the browser and then open it and try to Log in
