Why Can't I Upload My .CSV File in the New Webmail?

Currently, there are only two types of .csv files accepted by the new webmail version - (1) a custom comma separated file and/or (2) a .csv file exported by Microsoft® Outlook.

If you are having trouble importing your CSV file, make sure it's saved as a CSV (Comma Seperated Value) and make sure the field names are as follows (it is case sensitive so enter it exactly as it's listed below):
