Why Can't I Upload My .CSV File in the New Webmail?
Currently, there are only two types of .csv files accepted by the new webmail version - (1) a custom comma separated file and/or (2) a .csv file exported by Microsoft® Outlook.
Unfortunately, the import function does not currently accept .csv files exported by Gmail®, Hotmail®, Yahoo!®, etc. since their formatting tends to differ greatly. However, most of these providers do support vCard export - which is accepted by our webmail.
