Why Doesn't the Plug-in Work after I Upgrade Outlook?

Before upgrading, the plug-in looks to a specific folder to load correctly. This path is changed when upgrading to newer Outlook software, and is something that the Outlook upgrade process does not take into account.

To reconnect this path, simply uninstall and then re-install your plug-in.
