Why isn't my website visible on the Internet?
Is this a brand new domain name? Did you remember to publish your website? Are the Domain Name Servers (DNS) Configured Properly? If not, then your domain name is pointing somewhere other than at the website you created. To check this: 2. Click on My Domain Names. 3. Click on the Domain Name that should be assigned to your website. 4. In the green box, confirm Domain currently points to your website and is pointed to the correct name servers. Did you point your domain name to a Web Forwarding address rather than your website? If so, then your domain name is not pointing to the Network Solutions website you created. To check this: 2. Click on My Domain Names. 3. Click on the Domain Name that should be assigned to your website.
4. In the green box, confirm Domain currently points to your website and not to a Web Forwarding Address
Did you just move your domain name to a Network Solutions® DNS or register a new domain name?
If so, it will take approximately 12-36 hours for the domain name information to propagate to servers world-wide. Once that process is complete you will be able to view your website on the Internet.
Did you just move your domain name off of Network Solutions DNS or move it to another registrar?
If so, it will take approximately 12-36 hours for the new DNS information to propagate to servers world-wide. Once the move is initiated, it discontinues any Network Solutions services, such as websites, that were associated with the domain name. If your servers or registrar were changed more than 36 hours ago, please contact your new hosting provider.
