How do I get started? Go to www.myucworkspace.com/netsol and send us your contact information. You will be contacted by a WorkSpace Communications team member, who will guide you through the process of becoming a WorkSpace user, from the design of your solution through the installation of your software.

How does it work? WorkSpace™ is a SaaS-based solution (software as a service.) In simplest terms, WorkSpace is a fully integrated communications tool. It turns your laptop into your "central hub" that keeps you connected via phone, e-mail, instant messaging and conference calling, wherever you go. If you can access the internet, you can use your WorkSpace solution.

Can I keep my existing e-mail provider? Yes. Workspace works with your current e-mail setup. The tool can be customized for your business, and you can continue using your current e-mail client. Note: if you don't use Outlook, some WorkSpace functionality will be different. But you'll still have full access to the tools through the Office Communicator that functions as the central hub of your WorkSpace solution.

Can I keep my existing phone number? Yes. You can port your existing office number(s) and you can also add new numbers to your WorkSpace solution.

Will my team be able to share their calendars, document files and desktop? Absolutely - in fact, that's a key benefit of the WorkSpace solution. You can collaborate effortlessly, from anywhere, using your choice of desktop sharing, Live Meeting and SharePoint (a single repository for company documents).

Would I also need to purchase WebEx or Go-to-Meeting?  No. With Live Meeting and conferencing calling, you can host as many calls as you like. And your audience can include anyone, whether they are a WorkSpace user or not. You simply send out a meeting invitation and your attendees click to join. You can even share your desktop during the conference, if you want to present materials or review documents with your audience.

Can I connect when I travel? Yes - this is the ultimate mobility solution. Anywhere you have internet access, you can use your WorkSpace solution to make calls, send e-mails, host conference calls, send text messages, share your desktop and more.

Do I need an internet connection? Yes. Note: for 10 users or fewer, a standard cable modem works just fine.
