Can You Switch from Windows® to Unix®

The WordPress® blog is only available if you are hosting on the Unix® platform. We can help you determine whether you can switch your Windows® package to a Unix package.

  1. If you are using ImageCafé®, Dreamweaver® or another non-Microsoft® software package to build your Web site, then you should be able to switch to Unix. Please call us at 1-800-361-5712 for assistance.

  2. If you are using Microsoft-specific tools for your Web site, such as ASP, .NET or MS SQL server, then you must use the Windows platform.
