Select this phase only after you read, agree to and understand the following:

I intend to use my .XXX domain name to host a live website and will participate in the Membership Application Process.
I understand that the Membership Application Process must be completed by November 30, 2011 at 11:00am ET.
I understand I will be contacted to participate in an auction process if there are multiple domain name applications for the same domain name.
I will be notified as domain names are awarded, but all domains will actually be created and allowed to resolve (ability to host a live website) in December.
I understand that I will need to create separate Network Solutions Accounts if I intend to register a .XXX domain name through Sunrise AT, AD, or Landrush (member of the Sponsored Community) but also intend to register another .XXX domain name through Sunrise B (non-member of the Sponsored Community).

I understand that this phase is open to the general public on a first come, first served basis and I have two options:
1. I do NOT intend to use my .XXX domain name to host a live website and will NOT participate in the Membership Application Process.
  OR
2. I intend to use my .XXX domain name to host a live website and will participate in the Membership Application Process.
I will be notified as domain names are awarded.

* Application Fee is a one time fee and is non-refundable for Landrush

Please note that when you register a specific domain name(s), there are no guarantees that the domain name you want will be available to you once the .XXX phase opens or the domain names start to be awarded or are sent to auction due to competing domain names.

Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate in any of the registration phases for .XXX domains.

Landrush — .XXX Domain Names for Advanced Premium Pricing

The Landrush phase is open to applicants who operate within the Adult Industry sector, who have elected to become members of the Sponsored Community. Applicants within this phase will have the ability to host a live website on a .XXX domain name once the Membership Application Process is complete and the domain name has been created. This phase is NOT on a first come, first served basis so multiple applications for the same domain name will go to auction at the end of Landrush. There are no qualifications required for Landrush except for completing the Membership Application Process before November 30, 2011 at 11:00am ET.

Please note that when you register a specific domain name(s), there are no guarantees that the domain name you want will be available to you once the .XXX phases open.

To be eligible to participate in Landrush:

the applicant intends to use the .XXX domain name to host a live website and will participate in the Membership Application Process to become a member of the Sponsored Community before November 27, 2011 at 11:00pm ET. If the membership application process is NOT completed, the Landrush application will not be accepted, and the domain name will not be awarded to the applicant.
the applicant will participate in an auction process at the end of Landrush if there are multiple applications of the same domain name. If there are competing domain names, the applicant will be contacted by Pool via email from '[email protected]' to participate in the auction process. If there are no bidders during the auction process, the domain name will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.

Note: Any applicant, registering a .XXX domain name as a member of the Sponsored Community through Sunrise AT, AD, or Landrush, but also intending to register another .XXX domain name as a non-member of the Sponsored community through Sunrise B, must create separate Network Solutions Accounts to be in compliance with the .XXX Sponsored Community rules.

General Availability (GA) .XXX Domain Names for the General Public

To be eligible to participate in GA, applicants can meet either of the following:

the applicant does NOT intend to use the .XXX domain name to host a live website. The choice to do this means that the applicant has no obligation to become a member of the Sponsored Community and no action is required when contacted regarding the Membership Application Process to become a member of the Sponsored Community. If at any point the applicant decides that they want to host a live website, they have the option to complete the application process and become a member of the Sponsored Community, which will then allow the applicant to host a live website.
OR
the applicant intends to use the .XXX domain name to host a live website. To do so, the applicant must become a member of the Sponsored Community after pre-registering for a .XXX domain name. The applicant will be contacted at a later date to complete the Membership Application Process. Note: the .XXX domain name that is registered will not resolve or have the ability to host a live website unless it is associated with an active membership of the Sponsored Community.
