Access Webmail via Browser

1. Open a new window in your browser.
2. In the address bar, type mail.<your domain name>.<your domain extension>.
   
   For example, if your domain is janesbagels and your domain extension is .com, you should type mail.janesbagels.com in the address bar.
    
3. Enter your login credentials on the login page.
4. Click the Sign In button.
5. If it is your first time accessing webmail, you will be prompted to enter a display name and set up security questions.
6. Once these questions have been answered, you will be brought to the main email page.

Access Webmail via Account Manager

If you are an Email account administrator, you can also access Webmail via Account Manager by following the steps below.

1. Log in to your account via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
2. Click Professional Email on the left navigation menu.
3. On the All Mailboxes section, click the vertical ellipsis on the mailbox you want to access, then click Webmail Login from the options.
   
    
4. When brought to the webmail login page, enter your login credentials and click the Sign In button to access the email account successfully.
5. If it is your first time accessing webmail, you will be prompted to enter a display name and set up security questions.
6. Once these questions have been answered, you will be brought to the main email page.
