How to Access Your Email

Get step-by-step instructions to access your Network Solutions email with ease. Whether you need the standard login or want to access your email through your domain-based address or Account Manager, we've got you covered.

From your Network Solutions Account Manager

If you are an Email account administrator, follow the steps below to access your email through your Account Manager.

  1. Log in to your Network Solutions® Account Manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login
  2. On the left side of the page, click Email.
  3. On the Mailbox List Page, click the vertical ellipsis on the mailbox you wanted to access, then click Webmail Login from the option.
  4. You will be brought to the webmail login page. Enter your login credentials to successfully access the email account.

Entering Your Domain-Based Address into Your Favorite Browser

Instead of logging into the Account Manager each time to check your Webmail, you can:

  1. Open a new window in your browser.
  2. In the address bar, type mail .<your domain name> .<your domain extension>.

For example, if your domain is janesbagels.com, you should type mail.janesbagels.com in the address bar.

  1. Enter your login credentials on the login page.
  2. Click the Login button.

You have successfully accessed your email account.

Note: For easy access to Webmail, make sure you bookmark this page—just add the address to your Favorites in your browser.
