British Telecom domains are moving to Network Solutions
Important:
- If your domain is currently managed with BT, it will be migrated to a Network Solutions retail account on January 8, 2026.
- If you have a domain up for renewal on or after February 8th, 2026, you will be responsible for renewing on your own via Network Solutions or you will lose your domain.
In the meantime, we’re excited to offer BT customers an exclusive, limited-time discount on website services if they’d like to get started before the migration. This special offer is available through January 31, 2026.
Before January 8, if you are a BT customer and contact Network Solutions before the migration, you will be directed back to BT for assistance. You can still contact BT support via their current channels, such as chat or by phone.
Review
British Telecom customers are scheduled to be migrated to Network Solutions on January 8, 2026. A set of scheduled email communications is planned to be sent to the customers. Additionally, a discount will be offered on website services through January 31, 2026.
