Builder brands: Add a signup form

Keeping in contact with your potential clients or customers is one of the primary reasons people build websites today. Whether you need to provide people with your phone number, street address, or email address, it's important to be reachable in many ways just in case the opportunity comes knocking!

Your account has a built-in form tool that allows you to customize your form's questions and review them from your main design dashboard.

You can set the contact form anywhere on your page. Once you drop your form, you can click on any text to change it. Keep reading to find out more about using forms.

How to add a contact form

  1. Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Select Websites on the left menu, and you will be routed to a different tab where you can access your website editor.

    Note: Alternatively, if you have multiple website builder accounts, click Launch to proceed.
  3. Launch your website editor by choosing Edit Site.

  4. From your express editor, click the + Sections tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
  5. Select the Contact Form element by looking at it under the All categories section. Here is a quick walkthrough below:

  6. Move the form to your desired location by clicking the ^ or v button.

  7. Once you set the form, you will see the contact form Settings on the right-side navigation bar.

    • Layout - this option allows changing the layout by clicking the right and left arrow buttons. 
    • Elements - Here, you can toggle the  Title, Subtitle, and Description if you want to add or remove them from your contact form. 
    • Layout settings  - this is where you can update the Content Alignment and Section size.
       
  8. From the right-side navigation bar, click on Advanced to change the background.

  9. For more advanced options to update the Contact Form, click on the gear icon by hovering your cursor on the contact form section. Here is a quick walkthrough below:

    You can edit the Form Fields, Form Address, Success message, and Permission Message from here. Once done, make sure to hit Save. 
     

 

How to check your submissions

  1. To access your Form Submissions, click Manage Form Submissions from the right-side navigation bar under contact form settings.

  2. From this menu, you will see who sent you a message, when, and the content of the submission.
