What are Title tags?

A title tag is an HTML element that specifies the title of a web page. Title tags are displayed on search engine results pages (SERPs) as the clickable headline for a given result and are essential for usability, SEO, and social sharing.

What are Meta tags?

Meta tags are similar to title tags in their HTML properties, but contain minor descriptors that help tell search engines what a web page contains. These tags are essential because search engines read them to determine if your keywords are related to the visible content versus what a person might be searching for.
